Low Ropes - Rongotangiawa

Rongotangiawa (Low Ropes course) comprises of 11 activities of which 8 of them are less than half a metre from ground level.

Low Ropes - Rongotangiawa

Each activity has its own unique learning outcome however as a course the learning model encompasses such skills as trust, communication, goal setting, self - confidence, responsibilities and awareness. As with the facilitation of the program, the ownership of the activity is placed in the hands of the user and the facilitator takes the observer and mentor role.

The ownership of the activity belongs to the group not the facilitator, once ownership is taken, then the outcomes of each activity will be diverse and unique.

If you are a group, we can help you choose appropriate events from the low ropes or high ropes or both. The half-day adventure is suitable for groups of 10 or more while the two hour adventure is great for groups of 3-9 and there is no age restriction. Or simply pick as many events as you want!
