Initiative and problem solving activities are the first step towards a planned programme for Te Pahitaua. Participants will not only offer their group knowledge or skills to achieve this but also get to communicate and know one another in the early stages of the programme.

A "positive" debriefing format is utilised to extract key learning points from this activity therefore allowing the group to grow. The learning's from this activity forms the basis and foundation for the next level of activities.
